Not sure if my old account was deleted

    Hi, I was a frequent player years ago but had to quit since the family computer broke. I remember my old username and password but neither seem to work. When I try to use the account recovery tool it doesn't tell me it doesn't recognize my email but I never receive a recovery email. I do not know the account id but the username was name. Any help would be appreciated as I believe I had purchases on that account and if I could recover them that would be great.
