There are no players for the current maps, plus more for the new maps.
These new levels mean more expense for the players and it is a waste of time to play to level up. Also the npc's of these maps do not give anything useful.

Have you ever wondered why this game never has any beginners? Those who remain are gradually leaving the game.
Do not launch, the game is already very very expensive.

 

Just done Wave 1 of the Virgo scroll and noticed something interesting...

Who else notices it?

Thats right... no ELP.

Giving no ELP from scrolls, you have just helped fix the League being overrun by scroll botters, well done.
Now to get ELP players would either have to use admiral cannons, or use Elite Ammo.
Obviously scroll botters would still be able to make a lot with admiral cannons, but no where near the amounts they could by abusing the way ELP from Scrolls was being calculated - making 2 million ELP per Virgo was ridiculous.

If this is the truth, brilliant update. If not, this needs to be an update!

If intended, then this is One step at least in the right direction.

Now we need a certain member's clone Armada accounts banning, along with an effective, fast Anti-Bot recognition system implemeting.

 

good until another cheat is invented. past practice has been to change the game instead of banning the rule breakers. sorry arky but nothing special about this update. just penalizing the honest player imo.

 

Unfortunately m8, the honest people are usually penalised by the cheats, thieves and law breakers. This is the same in respects of shoplifters, they make the stores have reason to increase their prices, so the honest folk end up paying.

However something has to be tried, if it means me paying more, or a change in gameplay in this instance to eventually get rid of the cheating scum, then that is a price that I am more than happy and prepared to pay.

 

As long as 1 gold is still here then it's good. What would i do without the 1 gold i don't know.

 

so if you think forward this is how this plays out. honest players get no elite points from the scrolls. cheaters continue to bot amassing pearls and mojos. Cheaters gain more scrolls and by default more pearls allowing them to buy more elite ammo.nothing changes with that update except gross elite point totals will drop for all players.net result is honest player gets shafted.the update is worthless unless you ban the botters.

must be an error i am still getting ELP, it also seems like the #1 player in GA1 is havin no trouble with ELP aswell, he has acheived over 1 billion ELP points in 10 days lmao, easy right?
Only 100 million ELP a day no problem!!!!

 

You do realize that this is the thread about the Beta server, right?

 

As Bawdyn said, it no longer gives ELP on the Beta Server. It is not yet live on the normal servers.

We asked Stefan (BP Employee) on Discord (should use it if you dont) if it was a bug of not, and he said they did it on purpose to test it.

If this is also an update. I would also suggest a reset on the present league when this goes live.

 

Can you ask these bp devs when can we expect action on bots?

if there going to get rid of elp in scrolls does that mean there getting rid of league and regarding calculation for the little badging ie gold silver bronze would be interesting to here more regarding that

Please add 100 Bokor Crates on Beta, i want to see the drop of those crates. If is good, maybe next month i can buy it more ( maybe some voodoo lvl 0 or empty designs?? ).

There is a bug with the range of towers that can be attacked with windstorm without the tower firing back.
With talents and with windstorm my range is ~48, and I can shoot the tower without taking shots from the tower. Sea map -> Ship overview -> Ship equipment -> Values -> Cananon range -> ~48 fields = MY RANGE (with windstorm)

However the reach of the towers is 50 fields (by the tower's description and the various FAQs of the various countries) which covered the ~48 range. So at least one tower should fire back.

 

Keel Haulers are the low level Fleet NPCs. Hire a Fleet to attack 25/1 and you will find them.
