password help!

    Hello. My normal username is -SkyBorg-

    unfortunately after a year of not playing I forgot my password! I did the forgot password thing and it said it sent a validation email. After nearly 12 hours I still have not received the email and I have checked spam folder and tested the email by having a friend email me (I received his email instantly).
    My account was level 11 and a lot of work had gone into it, If you could help me get it back that would be much appreciated.
