    There is an issue Ive been having, cant change my password for some time now because your system wont send the email. This is not an issue on my part and if my account gets hacked because of you guys not sending the email i am sewing you. Fix it now please.

    you will have to contact support, this happened to me and when i wrote in forum i was told to contact support as i may have been on a blacklist, what it actually was, was that they had me registered as not to receive emails from them, once i had said i would like to receive emails it all worked fine.

    Ahoy mate,

    This is generally caused when, as dragon stated, your account is black listed. This is when you have selected not to receive emails from BigPoint. This can be changed by either contacting support or under Cabin > Account Data > Newletter and select to receive the emails. However, contacting support is your best option.

    Yes the news letter is checked, what do i say to support?

    You can contact them requesting them to check the black list and have you removed if you are on the list.

    Do they need my id or just name.

    When you contact them via the support form, you will enter your user ID. That will help them a lot.
