    So I had a ticket and they told me to ask for technical staff for help. What happens is, I bought the Corsair pack for the brilliant buccaneer bundle twice, instead of the pack it gave me 165k pearls twice. My id is
    1353/42400278. I have a receipt I sent in as proof but it was ignored. Happens on November 24th.

    By technical staff they mean the Technical Support Team, we here on the forum are unable to help you with such as case as it may contain personal information that is not suitable for the forum.
