Payment Mode

Hi i would like that Bigpoint make something about this that is raping us .. the payment mode of albania is the most expensive of all kinds 30 euros the small pack and 90 euros the big pack . when our solary is 300 euros{our money } if we exchange to euros means like 22% more on euros to pay .. i would like this kind to change cus its unplayble like this to much expensiv . and we ar the poorst country on the ballkan europ

 

same for me ı lıve ın turkey for years and account has been made ın turkey. although when ı returned to my home country for a vısıt ıt automatıclly swıtched to dutch payment. now ım back support fırst told me to just buy some packagges and then ıt would swıtch automatıcly back to turkısh payment . so ı bought some packages and ıt dıd not turn back. Altough paıd wıth my turkısh bank card and turkısh paysafecard. ı know they could swıtch ıt manually by hand but they just refuse. bp seems to care less and less about there players and rıghts. ı wouldnt expect much of a help my frıend . (Dutch) payment support was very unhelpfull and gıvıng me even mısleadıng ınformatıon. ı hope you wıll get ıt rıght though as that seems expensıve for your country

I can inform you however that the price is calculated by the cost of living in certain countries. Whilst I understand this can be frustrating there is nothing that anyone can do regarding this cost.

So this is not turned into a discussion thread we will now close.
