    Hi, I had purchased pearls and was charged but did not receive them. I paid via mobile phone SMS. I created a payment support ticket and they replied back for evidence of payment i.e. a telephone bill. I need to write to them that I cannot provide this, but I do not know how to as there is only an option to upload proof of payment, no option to write a message.

    When you buy something with real money an mail is sent to your email account you registrered your seafight account with - "confirmation" of the payment. If that helped you - I'm glad to help but I'm not an expert for this.

    I find when I make payments I get emails sent to mine.
