    I made a $500 purchase and have yet to receive my items i filled out a ticket to support but no ones gotten back to me.

    If you have contacted support there is not much we can do to help. That would only cause confusion and duplication of actions. I suggest you to wait for support to answer your ticket. If you add a screenshot of your purchases, receipts your ticket will be resloved quicker.
