    hi i know a ship who buy skins and all sorts and than a few weeks ago she she try to buy a new skin than it said blacklisted she wrote to payments and they say she hoe some money ? the first thing is when u buy on card if you got the money yo get it if no money in back than you dont and when she got sec eamil back its says look at the bank on payment she has done this mmm eveythuing she has got has been paid for so why is her ship black listed she asked and still no email back form you
