Pet food not working.

    Tried to feed twice; nothing happens;on log or pet?

    Can you Please take a look; I'm not sure if it took the food from my account or not. I have so much I really don't keep a good record of it.

    Please remember when you ask the board moderator team to look into matters for you they will need all information pertaining to this query.

    • Which pet food did you try to use.
    • What message is appearing.
    • Did you get the green tick showing that this worked.

    If you think did this upgrade, but are not sure before clicking again, check the amount of pet food you are carrying before you click the button. This is shown when feeding your pet so you do not have to keep a record of it.
