Phase rewards

The phase reset and I was in the top 250 but did not receive the rewards. Can you sort that out, thanks.

The rewards are payed out to the top 100, not the top 250.

I don't know my exact rank at the end of the phase but I was better than 150 when I signed out a couple of hours before the end so I can't imagine that I could drop 100+ spots at the last moment.

So, will I get the rewards? I still haven't seen any of them arrive.

 

It is my understanding that what was/is shown in the event ranking is that the phase 1 and 2 points were combined. This could've then offset your points bumping you out of the top 250.

 

The quote from the announcement says, "Therefore, for phase 2 only", it says nothing about combining the phases. For what its worth, I was in the top 250 in phase 1 as well, so even combined I should be in the top 250.

 

I know it doesn't say it, but it's the way it's worked out, if you take the points you had in phase one, from the points you have in phase 2, this would give the total points for phase 2.

I can only give you the information I have, I am not meaning to argue with you.
