Pirate Cup Legacy​

The event starts at 12 noon on Thursday, 13th June and ends at 12 noon on Monday, 15th July.

All times are local server times.

Pirate Cup Legacy features the following:

• Event Completion

• Shipwrecks and Atlantis Shipwrecks
• Event Quests
• Ship Designs

Date and Time

The event starts at 12 noon on June 13th and ends at 12 noon on July 15th.

Phase 1 will begin on June 13th at 12 noon.

Phase 2 will begin on June 21st at 12 noon.

Phase 3 will begin on June 28th at 12 noon.

Phase 4 will begin on July 5th at 12 noon.​

General Info

You'll be able to find the event ships of all the nations taking part in the European Championship throughout the 5 to 54/1 maps.

After you've defeated a number of these, the Soul of Pirate Cup Past admiral will spawn in one of those maps.

Within Atlantis you'll find the Deep Sea Striker and Hostile Kicker, defeating enough of these will provoke the Aquatic Tackler to appear.

Lastly, the Lava Golem will be found wandering the maps 5 to 54/1.​

Pirate Cup Predictions

According to the football championship that is taking place simultaneously, you can participate in a prediction system; making your forecast of which national football team wins each game.

The prediction is done with The Pirate Token event currency, which you collect in-game, e.g. from quests, some NPCs, etc.

Each day, in the event window you can see the games for that day. You can place your prediction on the outcome of any game that day until kick-off time.

If your prediction comes true and you win the prediction, you will receive double the amount of Pirate Tokens.

However, if you lose, you will lose the amount of Pirate Tokens you predicted.

It is not possible to place any predictions for games other than the games taking place that day, and you cannot place a prediction on a game after the predetermined kick-off time.

If you win any prediction, you will be rewarded with a congratulatory ship design along with some items.

For any predictions you win, you will receive in-game items as well as the additional Pirate Tokens. As with the Championship's stages; Group Stage, Stage of 16, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Finals, we also have 5 tiers of rewards.

The loot tier you are in depends on how many stages you have placed a prediction within. For example, if I place a prediction in the Group Stage and Stage of 16 I will be in tier loot 2, if I place a prediction in the Quarter Finals only then I will be in tier loot 1.

The Pirate Token can be used later in the event to exchange for further items, as well as count towards a ranking for the most Pirate Tokens earned, so predict correctly pirates!​

Betting Rewards

• First Bet Reward
  • After placing your first bet, you are rewarded with Unbreakable Spirit Ship Design (Fallback: Orichalkum), Triton’s Crown or Legba’s Patronage.
• Winning Reward – Tier 1
  • When winning a bet, you are rewarded with Upgraded Soccer Ammo, Soccer Torpedo, Taureau Amulet, Recklessness, Dragon Powder, Poseidon’s Crown, Chilling Touch, The Sand of Time, Simbi Protection, Jolly Roger’s Legacy or Bastion level 6.

Pitch of Glory Group Map

The Pitch of Glory map is a team group map where you and two others will battle it out against another team of three.

To win the map, you must push the First Ball, which spawns in-between the two teams, into the opposing teams base.

However, it’s not as simple as it seems, because the enemy team is trying to push the same First Ball into your base!

To push the First Ball, you simply have to be near it.

Whichever team has control of it shall push it towards the opposing teams base.

If a member of the opposing team is within the area the First Ball shall not move.

Defeat members of the enemy team to gain an advantage and push the First Ball to victory!

Want to gain an advantage over the enemy team?

A number of NPCs will spawn within the "Jungle” section of the map, killing these will give you some buffs and ammunition.

The number of buffs you can have active at one time is not limited.

If the timer runs out, the team which has pushed the payload the furthest will win the match.

If one team quits entirely, the opposing team will win the match.​

Trading Puzzle

The Trading Puzzle is a Jigsaw puzzle with 72 pieces, for each of the 24 Countries 3 pieces (1 common piece, 1 rare piece and 1 epic piece).

Every piece has to be applied 3 times to complete the Jigsaw puzzle. Puzzle pieces can be gained from Event ships and Trading.

You can buy and sell up to certain amount of Puzzle for Cursed Souls pieces per day.

The price of the Puzzle pieces depends on how often the Puzzle piece has been bought/ sold.

You’ll also receive loot for unlocking puzzle pieces and reaching certain milestones. ​

Event Treasure Chests

In the Event Treasure Chests you find many useful items, like Upgraded Soccer Ammunition, Dragonfire level 2, Elmo’s Fire, Teleportation, Poseidon’s Crowns, Bastion Cannons Level 4, Mojo and many more.​

Atlantis Treasure Chests

In the Atlantis Treasure Chests you find many useful items, like Soccer Torpedoes, Simbi/Taureau Amulets, Teleportation, Lion’s Fire, Mojo, Super Armor Plate, Mako/Amarax/Mombu level 2 Blueprint, Chi Chi Sticks and many more.​

Shipwrecks

The shipwrecks must be shot with harpoons.

In the Shipwreck, you find many useful items, like Upgraded Soccer Ammunition, Dragonfire lv2, Super Armor Plates, Dragon Powder, Bastion lv 4 and many more.​

Atlantean Shipwrecks

The shipwrecks must be shot with harpoons.

In the Shipwreck, you find many useful items, like Soccer Torpedoes, Super Armor Plates, Dragonfire, Mako/Amarax/Mombu lv1 Blueprint and many more.​

Ammunition

Upgraded Soccer Ammunitions, Soccer Ammunitions and Soccer Torpedoes cause much more damage than other ammunition and torpedoes against the event ships and submarines. ​

Quests

• Nautica:
  • There will be 5 quests (4 normal and 1 daily)
• Atlantis:
  • There will be 3 quests (2 normal, 1 daily)

There will be secret quests during the event.

The daily quests are reset each day at 12 noon (local server time).​

Post Event Compensation

The Event and Atlantis Chest Keys will be exchanged with normal chest and Atlantis chest keys. The Event Points, Paper Strips, Pirate Token, Solon/Plato’s Coins will be respectively exchanged for Upgraded Soccer Ammo, Safanad, Orichalkum and Yulong Coins.​

 

Pirate Cup Legacy - Phase 2!​

The Domination Arena

You can access the Arena by speaking to Mr Smythe (Safe haven) and giving one Paper Strip.

Every team has five team members.

After joining the map your design changes (it`s just a visual exchange) and your stats are equalized with other players.

There are three Warwolfs on the map; one in the top left, one in the top right and one at the bottom middle.

When killed the Warwolf will respawn on your team (you can tell the team by the colour of the AoE around the Warwolf).

Each minute the team gets a certain amount of points for the amount of Warwolfs currently in control by that team.

You will also get points by killing members of the enemy team.

The team that reaches 1.000 Points first wins the arena.

Glitters will spawn all over the map. Collecting these will grant short and small buffs that can be stacked to increase your stats.​

Domination Arena Loot

After you finish the arena fight, you are rewarded with Pearls, Crowns or Yulong coins, Safanad, Orichalkum, Pirate Token, Event Keys, Event Points or Paper Strip (depends if you win or lose)

• Best player of winning team: 5 Ranking Points
• Other players of winning team: 3 Ranking Points
• Losing team: 1 Ranking Point

Barrel Chaser Raid Map

The Barrel Chaser map is an extra event PvP map.

To enter the Barrel Chaser map you have to use the “Order of the Soul” item which can be bought in the in-game shop.

Barrels spawn in the middle of the Soul Chaser map every 5 minutes which contains a Stale Barrel; a buff for a limited time.

This buff is stackable but if you reach a threshold of 6 Stale Barrels, you can no longer collect any additional souls.

The buff then changes into a Sparkling Barrel. These buffs are only available on the Barrel Chaser map.

If a player is sunk or leaves the Barrel Chaser map, the amount of barrels the user had collected is dropped where they died.

A Nexus zone appears on 1 of 4 defined positions on the Barrel Chaser map where the players can exchange their collected souls.

This is how it works:

A player loses all collected souls in that zone.

Those collected souls count for the ranking:

• 1 point for Stale Barrels
• 10 points for Sparkling Barrels

The special zone stays at that location for a certain time or until a certain number of souls are exchanged.

Then the special zone moves to one of the other positions.

Within this map you will find some Admirals; Golden Kicker and Soul of Pirate Cup Past.

These will only spawn when 3 of these admirals have been defeated in the normal maps. ​

Pirate Cup Legacy - Phase 3!​

NPCs

• New National Ships (Italy 2024, Germany 2024,..)
  • Depending on how much damage you have inflicted, at least 2%, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Crowns, Yulong, Safanad, Orichalkum, Event points, Paper Slips, Upgraded Soccer Ammo or Soccer Torpedo.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage, at least 2%, will receive Upgraded Soccer Ammo, Paper Slips, Soccer Torpedo, Safanad or Orichalkum. They will also have a rare chance to receive the national design of the NPC (e.g. Italy will drop the Italian design).
  • Depending on how much damage you have inflicted, you have a small chance to receive national puzzle cards of the same nation.
• Championship 2024
  • Depending on how much damage you have inflicted, at least 2%, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Crowns, Yulong, Safanad, Orichalkum, Event points, Paper Slips, Upgraded Soccer Ammo or Soccer Torpedo.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage, at least 2%, will receive Upgraded Soccer Ammo, Paper Slips, Soccer Torpedo, Safanad or Orichalkum.
  • Depending on how much damage you have inflicted, you have a small chance to receive national puzzle cards of all nations.
• Foreign Sub
  • Depending on how much damage you have inflicted, at least 2%, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Crowns, Yulong, Safanad, Orichalkum, Event points, Paper Slips, Upgraded Soccer Ammo or Soccer Torpedo.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage, at least 2%, will receive Upgraded Soccer Ammo, Paper Slips, Soccer Torpedo, Safanad or Orichalkum. You also have a small chance to get Lord's Booty Bag or King's Booty Bag.
• Golden Kicker
  • Depending on how much damage you have inflicted, at least 2%, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Crowns, Yulong, Safanad, Orichalkum. You have a small chance to receive national puzzle pieces of all nationalities and rarity.
• Golem
  • Depending on how much damage you have inflicted, at least 5%, you have a chance to get Catalyzing Star.

Shoot for Loot

Shoot for Loot is a multiplayer map you can enter by giving Mr. Smythe Paper Strips.

When entering the map, your values will be equalized so that you have the same values as every other player who enters the map.

In order to maintain this fairness, you will be unable to change your setup while in the map.

One way to gain an advantage is if you have the items; Small Soccer Fever Item, Medium Soccer Fever Item, or Large Soccer Fever Item.

When you enter the map, these will be exchanged for the buffs Small, Medium, or Large Soccer Fever respectively, which will increase your Hitpoints, Cannon Damage, Speed, and Dodge Chance.

Once you’re in the map, you and two other players have to make your way from the left-hand side of the map to the goal which is located on the right-hand side.

Standing in your way, however, are Strikers, Midfielders, Defenders, and finally the Goalkeeper.

These will use different strategies to prevent you from making it to the goal, including attacks, exploding, barriers, breaches, and more!

Once you have reached the goal, the map will reset for that player, you’ll gain a portion of your health back, and you’ll have the opportunity to reach the goal again.

Each player can reach the goal a maximum of 5 times before the map ends.

Be careful though, as if you die or the timer ends, your chance to score will end.

You’ll gain 1 Paper Strip for every time you reach the goal.

If you die, or leave the map without scoring, you will get your cost of entry back.​

Pirate Cup Legacy - Phase 4!​

Death Fight - Group map

Death Fight Group map is a competitive multiplayer arena where two teams of five players each battle it out.

All players will be equipped with the same Ship Design, and the name anonymized.

Players cannot use the spy feature in the arena, and only HP and VP bars are visible.

When a player dies, they respawn with half HP and VP, without an option to leave the arena.

If a player logs out, there is no replacement.

Players earn arena points (AP) by killing opponents, with AP awarded for most damage and the final shot, the latter granting more points. Team points are the sum of individual AP.

You can't attack team members, but healing with heal ammo is allowed, and all action items can be used on teammates, even negative ones.

Each team starts with 15 lives, losing one each time a team member dies.

Reaching certain point thresholds spawns a monster from the opposing team that can be attacked by both teams for points.

The match ends when one team has no lives left.

Players receive an overview of individual performance, and participants are ranked by individual AP.

The team with the most total AP wins.

A minimum threshold is required for a team to qualify for rewards.​
