pirate level & quests...

Hello,

I haven't been able to do any event quests since the event started... I wrote 2 support and got the blah blah answer yet nothing was resolved.

I read now in a post that resetting pirate level did the trick for a fellow pirate...

Please do the same for me than... just maybe i will be able to see the event quests and accept some...
... if i can get on the water: stuck at 21% atm> 21% - connect to server it has been like this for 10 mins or so...

I'm really disappointed about how support handled stuff..

You have to clear your cache everytime you login, this fixes the 21% problem.

 

this is how my quest windows look like. i hit the refresh button and f5 several times but still nothing... and it's been like this since the beginning...



ty kazuto but the 21% was server-wide, when BP, in order 2 make a popup (the 1 related to TOS) made every1 crash boom bang... i did clear my cache however.ah yea and i'm lvl 20 not 14

 

The blame in this matter lies directly upon you, in the fact that you have bought Pirate test and gone beyond level 20. All players are aware that at this moment is the top level. However as this high level that you have is causing a disturbance in your gameflow, which means you can not interact with Alexandro, we will not at this time take any action.

The only solution for this is to set you back to lvl 20, which we have done at this time. Although there will be no compensation or return of any pearls spent during this action you have taken.

But i have to disagree, the blame is not on me... it's on glitches created by faulty programming. I shouldn't have been able to buy any levels beyond what the game actually has (20).... further more, i wrote to support twice!! about my problems... 1st time was last weekend and yet they didn't take any actions just told me they r sorry... and only yesterday evening they took some action...
Further more, if they knew this would have caused problems they should have announced it in Forum so people who wanted to take ev. quest (like me) could have written to support or in forum about it... it is called being fair! Because of the glitch i probably made about 4-500ooo pearls less than i would have done otherwise, for the duration of the event but that ain't a problem either. It's the lack of proper support and care for players that bothers me!

I don't want the pearls bck or anything... it was a button that i pressed and the amount of pearls that pressing the button would cost was quite clear so no troubles there...

PS. I'm a tour-guide and at one location that i visit quite often there was a light switch... every1 was pressing it, so they pot a plate next 2 it saying something like " stop pressing the switch"... people started pressing it even more... so, in the end they took the switch away. That solved it. BP programmers should do the same with Buttons that are not supposed to be pressed
