pirate lord fallback problem

    I'd like to report a problem with the fallback rewards. in the event faq's it stated that you would get the fallback only if you already had the design in question. however, the fallback is dropping even if you don't have the design. I can prove this in the logbook entries below.

    I initially got a fallback for a last shot.

    You sank Hollow Lord's ship.
    2018-11-22 12:30:23
    You received 5000 x Pearls.

    before I eventually got the design from a last shot.

    2018-11-22 13:24:23
    You sank Hollow Lord's ship.

    2018-11-22 13:24:23
    You received 1 x Sunburst.

    As you can see, even if you don't have the design, you are still getting the fallback reward, even though the faq's stated that the fallback was only available after you had the design
