Pirate test 18 bug ?

    Im doing a quest from pirate test 18 i the requirements of the quest but i cant claim the reward because the quest giver doesn't have any quest available
    the objective sais that i have to go back to barnacle ballard but he has no quest available when i click on him
    if anyone has any idea why it doesn't work let me know :D

    Have you tried redeeming the quest at Safe Haven #11? You need to go there to the Permanent questgiver, not the one floating around on a boat with the same name.
