Pirate Test/ Qusts Again

    Sorry. One more time. I see that by scrolling down, there are various quests available from levels 1 -10, The pirate test showing to be available is for Level 4. I do not see any quests available above Level 10, and I can't figure out how to move the pirate test to a higher level.
    Do I have to do all the quests and pirate tests again to get back to my current level?

    Ahoy mate,

    Please attempt the level 4 test and see if your proper level stuff appears afterwards. if not, post your user ID and server and we can look into it more.

    Will do. I'll let you know. Nope. Finished the test, just gave me access to Level 5 test.

    So then I do Lvl 5 test...now it gives access to Lvl 16 Test. I cannot access Lvl 16. Please fix the problem.

    Ahoy mate,

    Are you sure it is not the level 15-16 test? Please check what the requirements are for the monsters. If it is still wrong, then we can look into your account. Thank you for your patience so far.

    It says Level 16, and I have not seen any of the NPC's or monsters listed as part of the test. Should be Lvl 13 with all quests completed.

    You are at this time a level 15, you would be taking your test to get to the level 16.

    Can you see this test at all in the quest section.

    I see that my profile now says Level 15. Check the history from when we first started this post. I was a Level 13, and had completed all of the quests ready to take the Level 13 pirate test. I could not access the Lvl 13 test, because the quest menu screen was only indicating the Lvl 4 pirate test available. I did the Lvl 4 test like you suggested, the pirate quest menu it moved to Lvl 5, I did that test and it changed to Lvl 16. Check the logs from yesterday. Please change my status back to lvl 13?

    If you have taken tests and they have moved you up in level you will need to contact our CCT to get this matter resolved.

    Please remember to include for them any information showing what level you last were, and what you wish to go back to.
