    Ahoy mate,

This issue is being looked into. As of now we do not have a time frame. But once we have more information, we will let you know. Sorry I dont have more for you.

Been going on for over a week now - this is ridiculous - a known problem and they haven't fixed it yet.
besides that, my pirates are supposed to be at 644 - they went down to 490 during the LAST event. Come on BP - give us back our pirates - it's a PIRATE game for crying out loud.

We are sorry but we do not have an update yet. Please bear with us a little longer until we get more information from our game developers.

I haven't played for a week because of the pirate problem, problem lost my mojo deck again and my dubbler will most likely be gone before I can play againso for how long it takes to fix these problems ,I will double that time before I spend another cent on this game,if I ever play again!

We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused; unfortunately, even though we are technical help, we are not the game programmers. There are many things that the technical team can fix right away, but more complex issues require more complex solutions that also take time.

We know and understand your frustration, but in this case, this is (unfortunately) not something that can be resolved with a quick fix. Our team is hard at work and I know you've already been advised of this, but you will need to continue to remain patient.
