    Speed Fishing:
    Get 10% faster Harpoon reload time for 1 day and +5% extra Speed if you have the Pisces Ethereal Scales Buff.

    Overview:
    -10% Harpoon Reload
    +5% Speed if you have Ethereal Scales

    Ethereal Scales:
    Get +75000 extra Voodoo points for 1 day and +5% extra Speed if you have the Pisces Speed Fishing Buff.

    Overview:
    75,000 Voodoo Points
    +5% Speed if you have Speed Fishing

    So 14x would mean 14 days. Has this answered your question?
