player insults deserve severe ban

    Hello,

    This player on the US West Server is out of control with his chat. I am hoping you will take care of his insults and deal with him accordingly. [Edit] Noone should be subjected to this type of harassment nor insults when trying to simply play a game.

    This has been dealt with.

    Can I ask that in future you send complaints of this nature to the support team. As if language like that is unacceptable on chat then it is therefore unacceptable on the forum.

    And while you may not have stated the bannable text on chat by placing it on an open forum it can get you a ban on here.
