Playing the game after server restart

    Hi,

    How long after a server restart do I have to wait in order to play the game? It's 09:03 now; I have waited 30 minutes and when I click "Play", the screen won't load.

    Ahoy Mihawk!

    Please be aware that your game client may require an update.

    So please shut it down (both sea chart and the home page) and reopen it again - give it few minutes to update.

    When updating process finish you should be able to login without any issues.

    I'm playing through a web browser and not the client due to my special PC.
    Note: I could log on to play first 1h after the restart.

    I am glad to hear that your issue has been resolved.

    For the future please clear your browser cookies close it down, reopen and try again.
