This is where the super moderators will assist you with general technical issues, and the administrators with specific account issues that involve logs / account checking. Please always post your user ID, this is extremely important - without it we cannot look into your problem.

Please use this section after checking out the Official Announcements and FAQ area, and only after following the instructions in the Technical Troubleshooting FAQ!
Before posting, please take a look at the questions asked previously - someone might have asked the same thing recently - but remember to create your own thread, instead of hijacking other player's threads. When it comes to technical issues, even the most similar problems can have different causes, so we stick to one player one thread to focus on your needs better, and assist you in the best way possible. From now on all hijack posts will be deleted. You will not receive the help you need unless you start your own post.

If there is a connection problem that you can see many have posted, please read the advice given, this is usually the result of a whole server issue and you will most likely not have to post.

To post in this section, please keep in mind the following things:

• Please post technical issues only, no general questions; Forum moderators and super moderators will be attending you with these in the General Questions Section. If you do not have a technical issue Do Not Post.
• Remember to follow the troubleshooting steps before posting - most of the technical problems are glitches caused by outdated information and can be easily solved by clearing your cache;
• Please always post your user ID and server and your exact ELP amount, without this information, the administrators cannot have your logs and account checked;
• Please create a new thread for your question, and do not post in another player's thread, because it is considered hijacking;
• All posts that are off topic, insulting, unhelpful or argumentative Will Be Deleted and Warnings Will Be Given.
• Choose a relevant thread title for your problem, instead of something like "help" or "problem";
• Do not double post, please amend your last message if nobody had anything to add since you submitted it;
• Keep in mind the moderators are volunteers, so please use a friendly tone;
• If you are 100% sure of your answer to help a player you may post to help, if you just think you know Do Not Post.
• Please help us keep the forum organized - after receiving an update, it would be great if you could let us know if you have further questions or the thread can be closed.
