    How can i post a picture that i have on my laptop in my post pls answer fast i need to put it in forums games.

    ultimate, ya may wish to use a photo service like flickr to upload pic to. then when ya make forum post, all ya have to do is insert the link and the image should show in the post.

    As stated you have to first load it to an image hosting site, then come back here, click the little "postcard" icon and insert the image url.
