premium and shot speed

hi i have been off the game for a couple of days due to work, when i logged on today i find my shot speed has gone from once every 4 seconds to every 5 seconds, also when i look at the booster my premium changes every time max has been 3368 days and least has been 169 days, are these known issues or are they a problem that i need looked at?

The days for premium jumping is known as is being reviewed.

With to your speed shot, please can you check your cabin boys are still upon your account and doing their job.

 

thanks seren i had indeed lost my cabin boys, i have also noticed that my rebater is not working it should be until 26/12

can you please rectify this as i wanted to buy some ammo in the happy hour but did not as the rebate is not active.
