Premium cut short

    Hi,

    Upon logging in, the main page used to say "x amount of days left of premium sailing" which was meant to end around the 4th of September. Now, that is missing and claims it ends on the 7th of August? An entire month short? Can someone help, and explain why this has happened? What do I need to do to rectify this? Thanks.

    You will need to contact support with this issue. However I can tell you that if this has been removed by the system there is very little that can be done. This is usually only been removed if it had been added in error.

    As I can offer no solution to this except to direct you to support I shall close.
