Premium Dissapeard with 31 days more left

Greetings,

here to inform you that i lost my premium the other day, while still having 31 days left, was waiting for them to end to purchase new one, and saddly because of that issue i lost my carpenter level 5 also. I see it not fair, plus i cant purchase Commander 2 or Carpenter lvl 5 in "seafight plus" it wount even open the buying page ... Besides that i alrdy have the Commander lvl 3, but while try putting pirates on the water, it doesnt work eather. Can you please look into my issue as its irritating my game play. Hoping to see it fixed asap.

Well its a pointless question uve askin here, since ive had normal premium (bought) + premium that i got from chests n stuff, so in total idk exactly what got spent and what not, fact is i had 31 days left, i said to myself (okay will get another pack later) and then boom, premium gone, and carpenter lvl 5 lost. and cant buy another one..

 

well i ask because i got a 60 days premium for free , then in 31 days left or 30 don't remember .. they removed it and when i ask in support they say we sorry i was a mistake you suppose to take only 30 days in the first place and stuff like this , that why i ask ....

 

well their mistake not ours, we should be given a bonus, we lose our things.
