Premium gone too soon

    I was playing this morning and i had premium. I got on later at night and it was gone. This came out of my log book---

    2014-05-25 17:01:52
    System debit: 1 x Premium Advantages. Reason: Reversal

    I still had a little over 30 days left on it, i don't think this is right and one of my guild members said they had the same problem happen to them today. Please fix this. Thank you for your time and have a great day.
