Bug Premium in chest reset expiration time for carpenter lvl 5

Hi, I have received yesterday premium from a chest ( I had no premium active at that time) and checked to see how long is the period extended to the temporary equipment such as : the carpenter level 5, rocket master, ebony deck, etc.
I was shocked when I saw that the expiration time for the carpenter level 5 has the expiration just like the rocket master (24 days) since I had a difference of approx. 100 days in addition for the carpenter vs rocket master and I just left it at that, thinking maybe it's just a glitch and logged out for the day.
I would like to mention that last time I have checked a couple of weeks ago, the expiration time for the carpenter was +130 days , in the same period I have purchased a rocket master with competitor's coin and now the status is: level 5 carpenter 6 days remaining (same expiration as the premium) and the rocket master is rebalanced to 34 days...

How is it possible that the expiration time for temporary equipment has been reset because of a chest ? How can I trust the automatic system without permanently checking the before and after each action? We are players that need to enjoy the experience of a product, not quality control on Bigpoint's paychecks. Could someone please bring this case to the responsible people?
