Premium in chests not bestowed

    Hi,
    I encounter a problem when it comes to receiveing the 7 days premium from chests.
    The first time I haven't reacted because I said to myself that it might take some time untill the premium gets active but as I could see I did not receive it at all. Today I have received x2 premium and the same issue persists. I could notice a change in the message on the game window does not post x2 the message about premium, but only 1 time and in my logbook there is nothing saying about premium, as follows:

    2019-10-06 12:34:42
    You opened a locked chest.
    2019-10-06 12:34:42
    1x Treasure chest key was/were removed. Reason: Chest opened.

    2019-10-06 13:04:28
    You opened a locked chest.
    2019-10-06 13:04:28
    1x Treasure chest key was/were removed. Reason: Chest opened.

    I had one more premium won at the chest but it was yesterday or the day before and I didn't gave any importance as I said, until now. Could you please look into this matter ?

    You're not alone, its happening to a lot of us (up to 3 times now myself), possibly everyone.
