problem premium ?

    hi yesterday on home page it was showing as still 30 days remaining.i log in today and it says im not premium can u check this please
    user id 39/20531487
    shows this in my log book
    2014-08-12 19:00:30System debit: 1 x Premium Advantages. Reason: Reversal
