Purchases not showing in storage

    I just bought 20 flintlocks and 15 brigadines and they don't show up in storage.

    Yes didn't do anything. Also my boarding bonus and protection is now 0 even tho I have enough equipment etc.

    Hello Pirate,

    On checking your account you actually purchased the following and it is showing in the log book:

    2019-01-19 02:29:15 20 x Matchlock credited to account. Reason: Trader -4000
    2019-01-19 02:28:58 15 x Brigandine credited to account. Reason: Trader -2250

    Also have you got your boarding officer on?

    Yes I have boarding officer on...But
    The purchases don't show on my end. Also my values are zero for boarding. So obviously a glitch or bug in this software. Who fixes this? Really pissed and annoyed by it all.

    upon further checking we found the following:

    2019-01-20 21:40:30 208640xGold was/were removed. Reason: Boarding. user
    2019-01-20 21:40:29 You have been boarded by ..-BIC-...

    it appears you in the 20 hrs since you have purchased before mentioned items they have been used. You need to replenish your pirates and equipment regularly as they are an expendable item and used regularly during the course of the game.

    *ADDED*

    It appears that you do not have pirates with which to equip the items on, To raise your boarding level you first have to purchase and equip the pirates so that you can equip the items on them.

    I had pirates when i posted thIs message. I purchased items but they never showed up in storage when I went there immediately after purchasing them. Then I tried again by buying one item. again it did not show up. So I guess I got hit that fast. Idk.

    Seems to be working now.
