Quest 31-32: Power Behind the Throne

Hi, I am doing a quest where you have to collect 5 cargo's and from them you are meant to also collect x5 Oriental Tapestries. I have been collecting cargo's in 22.1 for the last 1 hour and still have not got one of the tapestries. Am i doing something wrong like collecting cargo in the wrong map, because the quest conditions and help on the forums don't specify what cargo's. Wanted to know if this was an issue, I've restarted the quest twice and its made no difference.

No we are sorry but sometimes it takes many multiple cargo's to get what you need. Maybe try a different map?

Ah okay, i thought it would be any map as it didn't specify I'll try it now thank you for the help
