Quest: "A Rare Currency"

I downloaded the Seafight Client and went to the Quest Giver at 31-1 and never found the quest "A Rare Currency" listed (see below)...did something happen to it??? (I am positive I never have even attempted it. In fact, I just discovered it today)!

Yes - why did you not show me the next line where it shows I got my 200 BigPoints reward? I only recall using 25 BigPoints...once. (I think we may have just received them early after the introduction of this "new currency" or something). I have hardly ever used the downloadable Client because it just doesn't work on my old computer. I didn't even know what that Admiral was within that quest, and it is not even listed in the Seafight Bible when I scoured it yesterday! Plus I don't know if I have ever even used a Chi-Chi stick. (I do have 30 of them now). I would say that is next to impossible that I got a 200 BigPoint reward. The Logbook is known to be a constant mess. If you can show me the Logbook redemption where I received 200 BigPoints, I will be 100% satisfied. Otherwise, as a 12-year player, I feel 100% cheated. This isn't right.

 

Like stated before you have already completed that quest and you have been rewarded for it.
