quest bug

Hi everyone,

I am doing quest level 10-11 and I exceeded the requirements but can't complete the quest as shown in the image. Also when I board Winter Sun NPC, I don't collect Weapon Supplies. What is really going on?

Please try getting as close to Emily Davis as possible, although you are in range to speak, you need to be much closer to pass items to her.

Should this not solve your problem, please leave your Server and User ID and I will forward this issue for you to be looked into.

I know I should get close to the quest giver, I did and that's why this window opened. If I was far away from it, this window wouldn't open.
So I have two issues: First, I don't collect Weapons Supplies from Winter Sun I only get pearls when boarding. Second, can't complete the quest. It shows 0/3 weapons supplies in the little window of quest. It must be a bug

Once you have the maximum amount of Weapon Supplies, you will not be able to gain anymore. You already have the maximum amount of 5, so that is why you are not getting anymore.

The Quest Ticker shows you how many more you need to collect, as you have already got all 3, it will always show Collect 0 Weapon Supplies, as you have fulfilled the requirements (got the amount you need).

The Quest Window which you have shown a print screen of in your first post does show when you get close, you are correct. However, you need to get even closer to give her the Weapon Supplies and redeem the Quest.

Again, please try to get as close as possible to Emily Davis in the Tropical Safe Haven (next to map 9) to redeem the quest, if that does not work, then we will require your Server and User ID to look into this for you.

when it says collect 0 it means you already have enough to complete that quest ... so just do an F5 and it should be fixed
