    my apologies for the late response.

    Most likely you have sent your Captain to do that quest for you, therefore you wont be able to accept this quest manually.

    Please check if you can accept this quest today after 11 am (local server time), if your issue still persist please provide us with your server and user ID so this can be reviewed.
