    The announcement was for the Jolly Roger day that ended a couple of hours ago. It was very late.

    Unfortunately the event ended, if you'll be unable to find the Jolly Roger quests during the next event please create a new thread or contact Support.

    As to where quests can be found -> Quest Menu tab (top of the sea chart).

    Since the event is now over I shall close this thread.
