quest giver not working

    i was informed yesterday that i had to wait to do the quests again from the event quest giver i did all the quests the day before yesterday but i went to the quest giver and it wont open to do quests i have logged out and refreshed and so on to see if it would be fixed but to no avail please help my user id and server are
    146/40127014 this is very frustrating

    This is still a bug unfortunately, hasn't been fixed yet.
    only works if you've not completed all the quests yet otherwise dosen't work ;/
    Quite annoying lol tried all day yesterday to get it to work and still not working today;/

    Hopefully the event is extended...
