Quest will not complete even though all requirements showing complete

    I completed all requirements for the "Naval Pandemic" quest but the Jack Hawk will not let me Redeem Reward. I completed all three items , in order that they are listed. The last quest item of "Defeat 1X Fat Jaques" is showing as completed [1/1] but also still highlighted in yellow. The "Redeem Quest" button is still shown in grey font color meaning not available.

    Please update my quest status so I can redeem reward.
