    During the last event, I started a quest, but didn't finish. It didn't clear after the event was over and I can't start another quest. How do I clear it and if that is not possible, could you clear it?

    on your sea chart at top see the quest icon click it open. Then select the opened quest select it then should see a cancel quest option.
