Question About Timezone

  1. I am Brazilian, as we all know there is a time difference from the U.S. to here. The question is this last Sunday the 18th, there was a MHH 18 pm Eastern Time on the American coast, but here in Brazil were 19 hours. I bought some pearls but they have not arrived yet, I sent message to support and they told me that I would not get the pearls, as it was time. Now I want to help you to indicate what I should do. For I will not lose my extra pearls.

    as the mods will say. Once you contact support and by extension teh Customer care team, you have taken the matter out of their hands. Also please choose a different color when you post. Its unreadable unless I highlight it. White font works well.

    Ahoy mate,

    Wolf is correct, once you have contacted support, the matter is taken out of our hands. They supersede us and therefore what they must go. If you wish to continue this query, you will need to keep in contact with the support team.
     
  4. Mr. Nimitz you understand where I wanted to reach not understand. But because they do not understand, here it is 19 hours on the East Coast there is 18h. Ticket will be the second that I'm going to open, and will open 1 million if necessary, are 20 real, just over 10 dollars but I paid for it, you got me.
