Question on Auto ban

    So i understand there's a feature which bans you if you swear etc. also if you try and abbreviate swearing, use different letters in swear words.. etc


    So i got banned for a day twice this week. both times for accidentally saying took with an f,
    One time in was over whisper.
    over was in a private chat on my own..

    Today on global i saw a guy go nuts.. and must of used the F word about 20 times? no abbrevations no stars the whole word.. sometimes with ing at the end
    did it about 5-6 times. abusing people etc, few hours later i still see him in chat? im sorry what?

    This is the auto banners doing right?
    Because i was banned moment i clicked entered.

    So just something else that may need fixing.
    i Admit i deserved to be banned, but im gobsmacked he didn't get even a minute ban..
