questions about genie lamp

    hi guys n gals a little info needed please.

    so i just passed the test and got the genie lamp. i used this lamp in 41/1 and it didnt do anything for me.

    i read something about it has quests or something where can i find these as yet i havent seen them.

    is there a viedo on youtube or anything to show how to properly do the lamp ?

    after i use the lamp is there anything else i need to do to get the buffs active ?

    bare in mind i do not have the crystal as im only lvl 43. cheers

    Ahoy *foxy*!

    Your fellow pirate is correct.

    Please be aware that if you are to close to an island (or guild island) Genie will spawn within the map you are in but on random coordinates (yes you have to find it).

    When the lamp is activated correctly it summons a Genie quest giver next to your ship, talk to Genie and deliver him some Safanad Coins in order to choose one of a few blessings.

    this does indeed answer my query. i did read the faq you have posted and in it it does not say about the genie spawning and you needing to find it. maybe it would be helpfull to include this in the faq for future new ghenie pirates.
