radiant and cursed souls dissapeared

    Hi, so I received 25 of each soul from the voucher:

    2021-05-12 08:08:38
    25 x Radiant souls credited to account. Reason: Payment Pack
    2021-05-12 08:08:38
    25 x Cursed souls credited to account. Reason: Payment Pack

    But when I look in my inventory now they are gone.

    my apologies for a late response.

    Did you try to press F5 after you have used the event code?

    If thats what you've done, and you still believe that your souls are missing please contact Support.
