Range(Destruction's Reach) question

    How many levels in Destruction's Reach do I need to be able to outrange sunburst pirates?
    If possible I'd also like to know about other NPC's that can be outranged with 31-36 range.

    This is not possible for us to give an exact answer on this. It would depend upon your configuration of your account, whether you use the books to help in your range and your ability as a pirate.

    This sort of question can only be answered by the captain of the account and trial and error.
