RE:Glitch as opposed to a cheat

Hello Doc-Master...I tried to start a thread three times about this topic in General feedback and two times my thread was closed and on the third time it was deleted.

Why?

I can fully understand that you want to discuss this issue on the forum. However as this is an open forum and everyone can see all posts, this simply is not possible due to security reasons (if that's the right word).

There is a difference in bugs and glitches, there is a difference in regards player taking action to exploit things than things just happening which I cannot explain. I am sure you can understand my reasons for this.

Exploiting a glitch, is totally different from say a bug that is caused by the beginning of an event or such that may cause ALL players from gaining a little extra, and as this is wholly caused by programming errors is not deemed bannable, however it is fixed quickly.

As Nimitz said, this glitch was reported by a player, it has been investigated and has been deemed a cheat.

I am sorry but that really is the end of the matter on the forum. I have left this open for you to reply to if you wish, however, all other posts will be deleted, this is not open for discussion I am simply giving Grudge his right to reply.

 

My point had nothing to do with glitch, bug or cheat...

Doc-Master responded to a post by Rattler that had to do with this glitch by saying it needed to be posted in a more appropriate forum.

I tried to post a thread in said appropriate forum and was shut down in minutes....Twice!

I don't believe what I was trying to say was at all understood. I don't believe this post has been understood either.

I am not always good with expressing my thoughts in print, that is why discussions are nice. Other players are pretty good at saying what I want to.

So, the initial point of this thread was that Doc told Rattler to post his topic in a more appropriate forum. The same topic which I had closed within minutes of posting in the "appropriate" forum.
Explain to me why my thread was shut down so fast. Did I say something so offensive that I need to be silenced?

I was incorrect in telling the other player to post his subject in a different forum.
My aplologies.
As Shiver noted, it was simply that the subject was the issue.

Hope that clarifies the confusion.
