    ive cleaned everything ive changed browsers nothing is working i log into game page go to log onto water page logs me back to main login page this is new normally it had been if on water page log back to feed pet and it logs me out of game can someone please re insure me that this is being addressed really losing faith in this game badly and yes mods ive cleaned everything changed browsers which makes no sense to change tried it all including turning around in a circle and counting to ten. to no avail
    iv read the forum seen posts showing players having issues on logging in this is getting bad BP yet no solutions from the Mods to a proper solution and now that the game BP has now given a voucher out to say sorry for so many issues tells me they have bigger problems yet to come and yes this started happening since the start of the event good luck to anyone furious over this issue but untill its fixed correctly no more money for you BP

    The mods help when they can, this is not something the mods can fix, however we do offer suggestions that have helped other players.

    If none of these have helped you then all I can do is apologise and inform you that the team are working on it.
