Rebate Refund

    Reference the quoted thread below that was closed pending it being passed onto the managers. Please remind them again that still there was no MHH again today where the 25% rebate discount could be offered as advertised, on EVERY item.

    This may be a Pirate game. However, if you believe we will idly stand by and be robbed in real life, then you will be very sadly mistaken!

    *Please forward this to your legal department for due consideration of refunds or the correct time extension period applied to the rebates. These rebates have been purchased in good faith by customers who simply have not received any benefit as advertised by Bigpoint.

    This action contravenes, 'the sale of goods and services act 1979 (as amended). It has clearly breached applicable contracts by significantly placing customer(s) at a disadvantage.

    Ahoy mate,

    The Rebate Package does not state that every item will be on sale at 25% off. The exact quote from the payment section is below.

    However, your thoughts and concerns will definitely be forwarded.

    Oh yes It does, Nimitz. The above is copy and pasted from Seafight PLUS where the package is advertised and offered on sale. *Note the word EVERY.
