    Just asking here.
    Is BP going to apply our rebates here? Next or they just deciding to rip people off due to the exploiters and cheats? Simply or do we do a charge back to BP for not getting what we have paid for because (1) A person is guilty of theft by deception when the person obtains property or services of another by deception with intent to deprive of property or services.
