Redeem Award Failure

    I accepted the final event quest ("release the hounds") and proceeded to take off at least 20,000,000 hitpoints from the typhon. When I went back to redeem my award it showed that I hadn't accepted the quest--even though I had. So I went out again and proceeded to take off another 2,044,606 hitpoints (as it shows in the quest box). When I returned again I got a gray "redeem award" bar and when I clicked on quest info it reads "Inflict at least -44606 damage to the NPC Typhon."

    Why do I need another 44,606 hitpoints when I'm already 44,606 hitpoints over 2,000,000? Please help. ID #40/41868208. Thank you.

    That was what happened to me at the tentakel quest. I am level 4 so I had to kill only 1 tentakel and I killed it but when I went back to Alexandros it showed me gray redeem reward. I then cancelled the quest and did it one more time. I could complete the quest then.

    A tip if its not reddeming sink one more of the npc required, normally works for me.
