    As I posted the same thing earlier and my thread was closed , I had put my redeem code before the event started in my server but I did not receive the 27k ammo and when i put the code again , it says its been already used.

    Ahoy mate,

    Make sure you log out all the way and then log back in. This may help.

    Nope , i did everything , it still says you have used this code and i haven't recieved my reward , Nimitz can't you just put the ammo on my account? i mean this is unfair and im not the only one with this problem ,almost everyone is having the same problem on GA2 server

    We are going to have to wait until we have more information, in cases like this if the dev team can find the fault they will run a script to resolve it.
