Redundant items in packages.

    Why is is that all the packages contain the same items that are basically unnecessary after you have bought one package. I mean, how many chains of speed ( I have 60), storm lanterns (I have 160), Stanchions (I have 210), Reinforced ribs (I have 160)...lanterns, life preservers...etc. etc. Most I don't even use, so why are they included in so many packages...????
    It would be nice if packages had options to include what you wanted, or if redundant items could be traded or sold back.
    I know I am not the only player who spends some $s on the game, so this can't just be my issue..
